Welcome to Whole-Hearted Commitment!
Custom Coaching with Lynne Fairchild, PCC, MBA
Is This You?
You’re a Midlife Reinventer. You’ve known for a while that it is time to reinvent your life. You may recently have had a big change in your life (work, life partner, lifestyle) or you know that it is time to make a big change. You may have the feeling that you aren’t sure who you really are or where you are going next with your life or work. It’s time to find out, and it’s time to make the changes. You want support in the process of reinvention.
OR
You’re a Reinventer who is also a professional Coach. Coaches are, by definition, reinventers. We’re committed to it. We help clients reinvent. We are almost always in the process of reinventing something in our lives, and doing it consciously. We believe in being actively engaged in our constant evolution. Because we are coaches, we are able to guide ourselves through many of the rapids of change.
And……..I’ve coached coaches for more than ten years. If you are a coach who is in the middle of a big life transition - or several at once - e.g, work transition, divorce, lifestyle change, and it feels like this reinvention is big or complex, with a lot of interdependent ‘moving parts’, now might be a perfect time to hire a coach for yourself.
In the work arena for a professional coach, I’ve noticed that there are some particular ‘hot spots’ in a coaching business life cycle, where the time is ripe and there is much to be gained from having a coach. During these times, the return on an investment in coaching is high. See if any of these fit you right now:
- You love coaching, but you’re struggling to make your coaching business work. Your heart just isn’t in the business side of coaching. It feels difficult and the results are not what you know they could be.
- The thrill is gone from coaching. You want to re-engage with it and restructure your coaching business so you are offering the best of yourself to your clients, in a way that really excites you.
- You have been coaching for a while, and you’ve created a unique body of work that is road-tested and proven, possibly with some models and methodologies. You’re ready to get it out there in a more powerful way, with more reach and more impact. You are ready to create a meaningful legacy from your work.
OR
You have decided to become a coach and you want to hire a coach. If The Coaches Training Institute is your accredited training school, we might be a match. Please call me so we can discuss your coaching objectives and what you want in a coach.
A Whole-Hearted Commitment is Power
When you make a whole-hearted commitment, rooted in your true heart’s desire, you have tapped into your source of authentic power and energy.
Your whole-hearted commitment will inspire, inform, and direct you about your ‘true way’, in all areas of your life and work. It will literally tell you what to do when you get up in the morning.
My clients are reinventers. They are reinventing their lives and their work, in order to live more authentically. They want to find the connection to their whole-hearted commitment, follow it, and live from it. My clients are courageously living their lives and discovering their futures using their inner guidance as their primary navigation tool.
A whole-hearted commitment evolves continuously. The joy and passion of life are in discovering who we become when we allow ourselves to be reinvented continuously and naturally, guided by what we really want and what we are truly committed to in our hearts.
- What are you committed to, with your whole heart?
- How do you access the truth of it?
- How does it guide your actions daily?
If you would like to embark on the grandest adventure of your life, and find the answers to these questions, you may want to consider custom coaching with Lynne Fairchild, PCC, MBA.
How Custom Coaching Works
The Package Approach
If you are reinventing your life or work, I recommend four months of coaching. You may elect to continue after that time, but that’s a minimum for reinventers, because you are making some big changes, and you want some time to implement those changes and get meaningful results.
Month 1: Three one-hour coaching sessions. These sessions focus on building a foundation for your life/work reinvention:
- Core Values and Life Purpose
- Life Vision
- Work Vision
I send you a package of materials with activities that will help you get clear on this foundation.
Months 2 through 4: Three forty-minute sessions per month, focusing on implementation. This is when you reinvent your life and work.
Some clients are ready to make the changes they need in this period of time, and for others, the changes are so extensive that they elect to remain in coaching for a longer time.
Fees: $400 per month, paid by the month, or $1500 if you make one payment up front for the four-month package.
If you are reinventing life and work, and would like to explore coaching as a powerful vehicle to focus and accelerate your reinvention, please contact me (link) to get more information and develop a plan for coaching.
The “Jump Right In” Approach, for Coaches
If you’re a professional coach and you have had a coach before, you can fill me in on your core values, life purpose, life vision, and work vision.
You give me your clear goals for coaching, and we design a coaching alliance that fits what you want.
Then we start coaching. This is the fast track approach, and it can be very effective in those situations where you are clear who you are, what you want, and where you are going.
You’re ready to go for it, and you want support to keep you on track. You want your coach to help you clarify your whole-hearted commitment and implement it, with no selling out.
Fees: $400 per month, paid by the month, for three forty-minute sessions. No minimum commitment.
